2019 Summer Vendor Information

Location: Columbine Middle Scholl

Academy Dates: June 1-7, 2019

  • Set up begins May 31st at 1500

Exhibit booth fee schedule

  • 8' x 10' booth space = $375.00 (includes meals for 1 per booth space)
  • Table top space = $275.00. Additional spaces = $100.00 per space
  • Additional meal tickets = $20.00 per person – per day

     Lodging:

  • Host hotel is Stay Inn & Suites or Canyon Lodge at a rate of $99 per night

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

TRAINEE POSITIONS

The following trainee positions will be available at the 2019 Summer academy (if a position is not listed there is not any availability for that specific position). All trainees will work on taskbooks and receive experience in their specific position. To apply click the "T" button below.

  • $45 per day (includes breakfast, lunch & dinner)
  • You must attend a minimum of 4 days

  • Each position has a maximum number of trainees (see positions below). This maximum is per day per position, not per academy.
  • http://training.nwcg.gov/sect_task_books.htm, all applicants will be notified of their acceptance (or contacted with an explanation if not accepted)
  • As this is a planned event, no taskbooks will be completed or recommendations made for final certification.
  • An evaluation with completed tasks will be provided for each trainee
  • Bring your position kit, if you have one, and your initiated PTB.

 Below is a full listing of each course provided during the 2019 Summer Training Session with a brief description. 

Courses descriptions for all classes being held at the upcoming academy can be found below. They describe the basic class and include the pre-requisite requirements.

  • Late Registration Fee:  $89 per day (if after May 10)
