June 2013 Vendor Information
Vendors are a very important part of CWFIMA and our goal is to support your needs. The Summer Academy will be held in Olathe, Colorado the week of June 1-7, 2013. We are expecting over 500 participants. These participants will be from various federal, state, local and private agencies from around the state and country. We look forward to your participation in making this the best CWFIMA thus far. BOOTH INFORMATION: Booth space to display and sell products is available. A booth space (approximately 8'X10') will be $300.00 for the week, $200.00 for table top only. This includes breakfast & lunch for up to 2 people from your company per day. If more than 2 persons are attending then an extra $15.00 per day per person is required for meals. Additional table fee is $100.00. Truck vendors must purchase a booth space, and there is no extra charge for outside space. Outside space may be limited due to constraints from the high school; however, we will do our best to get you the needed traffic to show your products.
